Shipping and Returns

We want to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase.

Please read carefully before submitting your order. By ordering from North Beach Boutique, you agree to the following terms. Should you have any questions please contact us via email– prior to your purchase.

Satisfaction Guarantee: We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images to assist you in making informed decisions before placing your order. Please ensure that you are confident in the style, size, colour, and specifications of the item(s) before completing your purchase. When placing an order please choose carefully as we do not refund for incorrect ordering of size or simple change of mind.

Returns and Exchanges: If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your online or in-store purchase, we offer the following options:

  • Exchange: We will gladly exchange unworn, unmarked merchandise for an item of equal value within 7 days of the order date.
  • Store Credit: Alternatively, we can issue a store credit note for the full price of the returned item(s) valid for 6 months.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Items must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt.
  • All costs associated with shipping and insurance will be borne by the customer.
  • Please note that due to the unique nature of our merchandise, we cannot accept returns for non-faulty items.
  • Please note that all items are carefully checked before dispatch.

Faulty Items: If an item is deemed faulty, we will repair or replace it within a reasonable timeframe as per consumer law. Items that show signs of wear or damage will not be eligible for a refund, exchange, or credit note. 

Faulty Item Exchange Process: If you receive a faulty item, please notify us immediately by phone and then submit a request via email We will guide you through the exchange process.

When placing an order please choose carefully as we do not refund for incorrect ordering of size or simple change of mind.

By clicking ‘PLACE ORDER’ confirms that you accept the terms and conditions of transaction. This also applies if you receive an item and refuse to accept the package from Postal/Courier company.

Hygiene and Sale Items: For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings cannot be returned. All sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or credited.

All sale items are final sale and therefore we cannot exchange, refund, or issue a store credit.

Initial Shipping Costs: Please note that initial shipping costs are not included in exchanges or credit notes.

Process for Exchanges/Credit Notes:

  • All exchanges and credit notes will be issued once the returned parcel has been received and the garment has been checked for its original condition.
  • Please ensure that you send back the item(s) within the 7-day period

 All products must be in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.

We recommend that you send the product via registered post and that you prepay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit, therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier.

North Beach Boutique will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.


 Store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

  • Store credits issued in AUD either via or in store boutique. Vouchers can be redeemed Online at
  • Store credits with unused balances at time of expiry cannot be extended or exchanged for cash or any other form of credit.
  • Store credits cannot be used to purchase gift cards or digital vouchers


    Items that are in stock ship within 2-3 business days/ via ‘First Choice Couriers’ however, some items may need to be specially ordered which timing may vary from order to order depending on availability with the respective designer warehouse.

    Please note that once your parcel leaves the warehouse, we have limited control over your delivery speed or progress. 

    All delivery times provided on this site are to be used as a guide only. We do not guarantee a specific delivery date. If you have not received an order within 10 days, please contact us via e-mail

    Unfortunately, we cannot deliver on a public holiday or weekends. However, your parcel will be delivered the nearest business day. Please note the estimated delivery times quoted are subject to orders being received before 3pm Monday to Friday. The delivery times quoted are for Australian capital, metropolitan & major regional areas. Please allow more time for remote & rural districts. At peak times there can be delivery delays.
