Shipping and Returns

These are undoubtedly testing times for all Australians, given the impact of COVID-19 is having on the way we live.

In the event of a COVID related situation, where you are a close /casual contact and cannot attend the event, you have purchased your item for: We ask you to please Respect our Returns Policy. If your function has been cancelled or postponed, we will not be beaccepting returnsorrefunds, due to store policy. CREDIT NOTES WILL BE ISSUED according to our general trading terms.

Returns Policy

When purchasing online from North Beach Boutique please be sure of the style, size, colour, and any other specifications before submitting your order.

If you are unsatisfied with your online and instore purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept exchange or issue a credit note of full price, unworn, unmarked merchandise returned to us within 7 days of order date.

The item(s) must be shipped back to us within 7 days upon receipt. After this period the items will not be accepted. All costs associated with shipping/insurance will be at the expense of the customer.

Please note that all items are carefully checked before dispatch, therefore due to the special nature of our merchandise, we are not able to accept returns for non-faulty items.

Items that are deemed faulty will be repaired or replaced within a reasonable time frame, as per consumer law therefore any items considered to be worn or damaged will not be eligible for a refund, exchange or credit note. 

Manufacturing Fault-Exchanges are only available for same style, colour and size provided that the item has not been worn and is in original condition. If your item is faulty upon receipt, please call us as soon as possible to notify staff.

In the circumstance that you have received a faulty item and wish to process an exchange or credit note, submit a request via email to us at sales@northbeachboutique.net.au

When placing an order please choose carefully as we do not refund for incorrect ordering of size or simple change of mind.

By clicking ‘PLACE ORDER’ confirms that you accept the terms and conditions of transaction. This also applies if you receive an item and refuse to accept the package from Postal/Courier company.

For hygiene reasons and for your protection, we do not accept returns on pierced earrings.

All sale items are final sale and therefore we cannot exchange, refund, or issue a store credit.

Please note: Initial shipping cost is not included in the exchange or credit note. 


All exchanges and/or credit notes will be issued once the parcel has arrived to us in store and the garment has been checked. Please ensure that you send back the item(s) within the (7) day period.

All products must be in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.

We recommend that you send the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit, therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier.

North Beach Boutique will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.



In stock items ship within 2-3 business days/ via First Choice Couriers however some items may need to be specially ordered which timing may vary from order to order depending on availability with the respective designer warehouse

All delivery times provided on this site are to be used as a guide only. We do not guarantee a specific delivery date. If you have not received an order within 10 days, please contact us via e-mail sales@northbeachboutique.net.au

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver on a public holiday or weekends. However, your parcel will be delivered the nearest business day. Please note the estimated delivery times quoted are subject to orders being received before 3pm Monday to Friday. The delivery times quoted are for Australian capital, metropolitan & major regional areas. Please allow more time for remote & rural districts. At peak times there can be delivery delays.
